The new unsaved theme always has BGInfo.bmp picture. I repeated this on all machines and it appears to have fixed the problem. More About Us... full admin rights, UAC fully disabled.
I have still had it revert to an unsaved theme from my saved theme that contained only one picture and no slide show. Hello and welcome to PC Review. Doing an inplace upgrade is not at all practical for this user. If some of you would check your scheduled tasks list, maybe you'll find that you got some of these tasks are constantly failing.
