I uninstalled it and the copy/paste functions came back to normal!!! You said it yourself, "In my case it was...", but will you uninstall it and reconfigure your system to run the way MS designed it to? I acknowledge the frustration you must be experiencing because of that. I am also running Advanced SystemCare5 and using the memory management option.
