If you use hundreds of tabs for hours on end with dozens of plugins and add-ons it is impossible to demonstrate a simple and reproducible problem that someone is able to I guess the problem might be driver/hardware related so if you have installed something new try to re-install the driver before putting the hardware in. Every other game runs very well, but gets those same lag spikes.I went through a series of things, doing what others recommended or my own thing. When not playing games it is about 0-3% (Or idle). this contact form
It's coming form Firefox, proper. I minimized the problem a bit, but it is still noticeable.Today, I noticed that my CPU usage is way above normal while playing games. Fascinating stuff posted from the Snappy and MemShrink projects. I don't notice it on youtube videos. http://newwikipost.org/topic/4puQBfGmJVwzB4YdBVT8WOUvFTCePzbv/cpu-usage-periodically-spikes-to-40-every-few-seconds.html
If the issue is DPC related, you might be able to mitigate it by increasing your PCI Latency Timer in BIOS. The same problem occurs in Firefox sessions that have never loaded an Outlook webmail page. I did all he said/restarted it.
All Rights Reserved. Even if it was throttling, I doubt it would cause lag in TF2 or Minecraft.Anyway, WOT got the GPU up to 74 Degrees Celsius (Highest). Wifi driver was probably the issue, b/c I tethered it to my phone's wifi, disabled my own card, and poof! My resolution is 1920x1080 with 60hz (Highest possible) And max settings on TF2.I'll do a quick scan anyway just incase.

I haven't added a new plugin in a long time... More about the author And...I'm not sufficiently dedicated to run a custom build in a virtual machine to get the data, if there's no built-in tool available.
But I see they just released a new Before I send it in, any ideas on other hardware that may be causing this? Even if it was throttling, I doubt it would cause lag in TF2 or Minecraft.Anyway, WOT got the GPU up to 74 Degrees Celsius (Highest).

I have tried running in the most basic mode possible with nearly no startup programs on and still it is happening, it couldn't be hardware could it? One thing to check; windows explorer has two options, one for "Show hidden files and folders", and the second "Hide protected operating system files".
