I can make the following direct comparisons: Yate Loon 120x20mm is very quiet - I have one in my music server - but there is no point using it if you It might as well been wrapped in a down comforter! It's quite a common cause of crashing PCs. My backside fan is only about 200 rpm less than yours. 200 rpm on these fans isn't much difference.
