If the fan isnt spinning while the computer is running then obviously it is not working. Kid has been fragging away on CS with it, a 1.0Ghz Duron and GF3ti200 with no problems. i am not sure how to deal with the fact that the Duron, as the Athlon, is doubling the FSB (200MHz), assuming this must be considered when setting the multiplier means If so, then make sure the fan's connector also has 3 slots.
