First, a little info on what I did: I extracted the audio from the .avi with VirtualDub 1.4.9 by setting the 'Full processing mode' on the 'Audio' menu, and then selecting How Do I know if an AVI file has/doesn't already have DivX? I thought i read somewhere that the flickering activity led is to be resolved with a firmware update that is coming up! However, I can do NTSC->PAL conversion if I don't downconvert the sample rate, and I can downconvert if I don't do NTSC->PAL. I set it up just as the guide said, but when I press 'WAV to MP2', the command prompt window pops up, and it says 00:00:00:000 transcoding...
