So I'll have to install SP1 and CCC 11.2 at some point, and I'll keep the links above handy for when I do. That way, if your tool requires .NET Framework, it won't prevent you from logging back in to your Windows computer. After install, I reinstalled the original 10.2 version of CCC, and it works.
I hadn't noticed that CCC was not working, as the error only seemed to come up when I turned on the computer.
